I started this site as a simple place for an image gallery and was sending secondary links to friends. Now I've decided to turn it into a personal blog as well. All Quotes and pictures are written or taken by me, so if used, just give me some credir... or not.
About Me
I got divorced last year, turned the big 4-0 this year, hopefully will see the world next year. I have two incredible children. Yes, they are the best children. I say that like every other parent and understand how we can all say that and mean it now. The 7 year old wisdom section comes from my youngest daughter. I hope she never loses her unique perspective on life.
If you want to read this page, great, if you don't, great. I'll be ranting and raving wheteher you read it or not. The only people who are stuck listening to me are my children and they have learned to ignore me quite well. 
The name of the page is derived from the saying that gets uttered everytime the kids and I go on a trip. The distance of the trip is not important. The destination may not even be important. It is the journey and the moments that we will create that really matter.
